Returns

Please examine your order carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damages, incorrect sizes, or mistakes, contact us immediately so we can make it right!

LINZ Home gladly accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days from the purchase date. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items damaged through normal wear or misuse are also not eligible for return, and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Returns can be sent back using a prepaid shipping label provided by LINZ. If you choose to use our prepaid label, $12.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are inspected. Shipping and handling fees are excluded from refund amounts. LINZ reserves the right to limit return privileges in cases of excessive returns.
