Prevent wrinkles by shaking out your sheets between wash and dry cycles. Promptly remove sheets from your dryer slightly damp, then dress your bed to avoid further wrinkling, allowing your sheets to fully dry before adding additional layers.

Our sheets are designed with an oversized, generous fit—slight shrinkage may occur over a few wash cycles, which allows for a customized, comfortable experience.

Should I wash my new LINZ sheets before use?

While not mandatory, we recommend washing your sheets before first use to experience their full softness. Follow our care instructions for the best results.

Do LINZ sheets wrinkle?

Yes, and that’s part of their natural charm. Unlike fabrics treated with chemicals or polyester blends, our pure cotton bedding embraces gentle wrinkles without sacrificing softness or durability.

How should I wash LINZ sheets?

Use your machine’s cold water setting with a mild detergent. We recommend using only 1/4 to 1/3 of the usual detergent amount to avoid residue that can make sheets feel rough. A second rinse cycle is ideal. Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softeners, which damage fibers and reduce softness.

What detergent is best?

Any quality detergent without fabric softener works well. Use less detergent than usual and add an extra rinse cycle when possible.

Can I use bleach?

Never. Bleach weakens cotton fibers and shortens the life of your sheets.

What drying method do you recommend?

Tumble dry on low or medium heat. High heat can damage the fibers and reduce natural softness. Skip dryer sheets—they’re unnecessary and can leave build-up. Remove sheets promptly from the dryer and smooth or iron while still slightly damp for crisp, cozy bedding.

Can I use fabric softener?

Fabric softeners coat fibers with residue that reduces softness over time. We recommend avoiding them completely.

Is ironing necessary?

Ironing is optional. Most of the time, simply removing sheets promptly from the dryer and smoothing them by hand is enough.

Can I wash my down comforter at home?

We advise against home washing down comforters, as detergent can cause clumping and damage. For best care, take your comforter to a professional cleaner experienced with down. Consider using a duvet cover to protect your comforter, making care easier and prolonging its life. Additionally
